Custom Orders
Please note that curtains and textile products are typically custom-made to your specific measurements and requirements. As such:
- Custom-made curtains cannot be returned once production has begun
- Measurements are confirmed with you before ordering
- Fabric selections are approved by you during consultation
- We provide samples when possible to ensure satisfaction
Installation Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our installation work. If you are not satisfied with the installation:
- Contact us within 7 days of installation
- We will return to assess and address any concerns
- Adjustments will be made at no additional charge
- Our goal is your complete satisfaction
Defective Products
If you receive curtains or textile products with manufacturing defects:
- Notify us immediately upon discovery
- Provide photographs of the defect
- We will arrange for replacement or repair
- Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before fabric has been ordered: Full refund of deposit
- After fabric ordered but before cutting: Refund minus fabric costs
- After cutting has begun: No refund available
- Consultation fees are non-refundable
Measurement Errors
If curtains do not fit due to our measurement error:
- We will remake the curtains at no charge
- New measurements will be taken to ensure accuracy
- Installation will be rescheduled at your convenience
If curtains do not fit due to changes made to windows after measurement, additional charges may apply for alterations.
Color Variations
Please be aware that:
- Fabric colors may vary slightly from samples due to dye lots
- Colors may appear different in various lighting conditions
- We recommend viewing samples in your home lighting
- Minor color variations are not grounds for return
Damage During Installation
In the unlikely event of damage to your property during installation:
- Report damage immediately to our installation team
- We carry liability insurance for such incidents
- Repairs will be arranged promptly
- We take full responsibility for installation-related damage
